Project created on 2020.1.0b10 or later causes the editor to crash when opened with 2020.2.0a14
PackageCache.bin gets corrupted and causes the editor to crash when project created with 2020.1.0b10 or later is opened with 2020.1.0a14
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a project with 2020.1.0b12 and close it
2. Open the project with 2020.2.0a14
Expected Result: The project opens up without any issues
Actual Result: Fatal error (PackageCache.bin gets corrupted) causing the Editor to Crash
Reproducible On: 2020.2.0a14
Project created with version: 2020.1.0b12, 2020.1.0b10
Not Reproducible On: 2020.2.0a13
Environment: Win and Mac
