Project and Console Windows cannot be Undocked when they are not in front and an Editor from any other Stream has been previously opened
Steps to reproduce:
- Create or open any Project from one major version (e.g. 6000.0, 6000.5) and set it to the Default Layout
- Try to undock and drag the unfocused Project or Console Window, whichever one is unfocused
- Create or open any Project from any other major version (e.g. 6000.5, 6000.0)
- Try to undock and drag the unfocused Project or Console Window, whichever one is unfocused
Actual results: After opening a Project (Creating, Upgrading) from another major Unity Version (One from 6000.0, the other from 6000.2) the unfocused Window that is docked together with these Windows (Console, Project Browser) cannot be undocked when it is not activated/focused until the Layout is reset
Expected results: All Windows that are docked with other Windows and are not in front can be undocked despite which Project is opened
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.66f1, 6000.2.15f1, 6000.3.6f1, 6000.4.0b5, 6000.5.0a5
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
