ProfilerRecorder 'Render Thread' statistic reports the LastValue as 0 when the Profiler is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "IN_40750" project
2. Open the "SampleScene"
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the Game view
Expected result: ProfilerRecorder 'Render Thread' statistic reported LastValue is not 0 (1 and more)
Actual result: ProfilerRecorder 'Render Thread' statistic reported LastValue is 0 (could be a double type value)
Reproducible with: 2020.3.48f1, 2021.2.0a21, 2021.3.25f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.2.20f1, 2023.1.b17, 2023.2.0a15
Fixed in: 2022.1.0a1
Testing environment: Windows 10 Pro
Note: not reproducible in the Player
