Profiler Timeline highlights the next sample when making a selection
How to reproduce:
1. Open a Unity project
2. Open the Profiler window (Window > Analysis > Profiler)
3. Make any Profiler recording
4. Make a selection from the Timeline section
Expected result: Selected Timeline sample is highlighted
Actual result: The next Timeline sample is highlighted
Reproducible with: 2022.2.14f1, 2022.2.18f1, 2023.1.0b15, 2023.2.0a13
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.48f1, 2021.3.24f1, 2022.2.13f1
Reproduced on: Windows 10, Windows 11 (user’s machine)
