[Profiler] Time scale is reset when toggling Color Blind Mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Open the Profiler window
4. Pause the Play mode
5. Open the context menu of the Profiler window and enable "Color Blind Mode"
Expected result: The scale of CPU Usage remains the same
Actual result: The scale changes
Reproducible with: 2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.33f1, 2021.3.1f1, 2021.2.0b16, 2022.2.0a10

Resolution Note:
Minor cosmetic issue. Workaround is possible (reopen profiler window). We've decided to deprioritize the issue resolution
