Profiler Record Option Doesn't Save
Reproduction Steps::
1. Open Profiler Window
2. Toggle Record state to off
3. Close Unity Editor
4. Reopen Unity Editor and Profiler Window
Actual: Record toggle is ON
Expected: Record toggle is OFF

In the Preferences Window under Analysis/Profiler you can switch on the option "Remember last recording state".
