[Profiler] Profiler module editor doesn't save any module if a module without a counter is added
If we add the first module with the counter and then add the second module without the counter and close the profiler module editor window after saving then none of the modules get saved
Steps to repro:
1. Create a New Project
2. Windows > Analysis > Profiler
3. Profiler Modules Dropdown > Settings > Add
4. New Profile Module will be added in the list
5. New Profile Module > Double click on counters
5. Add > New Profile Module
6. Close the profile module editor window
7. Save changes dialogue box appears > Save
8. Module with no counters warning will appear > Ok
Actual Result:
Both the modules with counters and without counters didn't save
Expected Result:
Module with counters should save
NOTE: This feature is introduced in 2020.2.0a17
