Profiler "Clear on Play" does not clear frames when Game View is set to "Maximize On Play"
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("delprof.zip")
2. Dock the Profiler window and make sure it is not visible when Game View maximizes
3. Make sure to set "Maximize on Play" in the Game View
4. Start Recording with the Profiler
5. Enter Play mode
6. Exit Play mode
7. Take note of Frame Count
8. Enter Play mode
9. Exit Play mode
10. Take note of Frame Count
Expected results: Recorded frames were cleared before recording again
Actual results: Recorded frames were not cleared
Reproducible with: 2018.4.31f1, 2019.4.20f1, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0b5, 2021.2.0a3
