[Profiler][Android] Remote connection devices duplicate in the prof. when the application is reopened on an USB unplugged device

Networking

-

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. In the Build Settings select the Android platform
3. Build and Run the application as a Development Build
4. Open the Profiler
5. Unplug the device's USB cable from the computer
6. Notice how there is only one remote connection
7. Completely close and then reopen the application
8. Navigate back to the profiler device connections

Expected result: Only one remote connection is present
Actual result: The remote connection duplicates

Reproducible with: 2019.4.18f1, 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.12f1, 2021.1.11f1, 2021.2.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.36f1, 2019.4.17f1

Reproducible on:
VLNQA00381, Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro (Redmi Note 8 Pro), Android 9, CPU: MediaTek Helios G90T MT6785T, GPU: Mali-G76 MC4

Notes:
- The remote connection to work properly both the computer/device has to be on the same WiFi connection
- If the remote device is not found the Windows Firewall might be blocking it
- Clicking the duplicated connection will make it disappear
- Might have to have Wireless debugging enabled in the device's developer settings (on some devices USB debugging seems to be enough)
- Likely unreproducible on iOS due to the different environment

  1. Resolution Note (fix version 2022.2):
