[Profile Analyzer] Using 'Pair Graph Selections' in Compare does not update zoomed graph when selecting frames on unzoomed graph
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "ProfiAnalyze2020.2.zip"
2. In Profile Analyzer window, go to the Compare tab then load "capture1.pdata" and "capture2.pdata"
3. Disable "Pair Graph Selection"
4. Select frames 123-125 for "capture1.pdata", right click > "Zoom Selection"
5. Enable "Pair Graph Selection"
6. Drag-select frames from "capture2.pdata"
Expected result: "capture1.pdata" data (start frame, frame count, end frame) and chart update
Actual result: "capture1.pdata" chart does not update
Reproducible with: 2018.4.20f1, 2019.3.8f1, 2020.1.0b4, 2020.2.0a5
Could not test with: 2017.4.38f1 (package version unavailable)
Reproducible with package versions: 0.4.0-preview.5, 0.6.0-preview.1
Could not test with package versions: 0.4.0-preview.3 (console errors)
