[Profile Analyzer] Marker right click Menu allows you to clear selection when no selection has been made
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached 'ProfileAnalyzer' project
2. Open Profile Analyzer found in Window->Analysis->Profile Analyzer
3. Go to the Compare tab
4. Load user's attached "Capture (2019.3.6f1).data.pdata" as first comparison
5. Load user's attached "Capture 2000 Frames (2019.3.7f1).data.pdata" as second comparison
6. Right-click any marker name in the "Marker Comparison for currently select range" section
Expected results: Clear Selection is not selectable if no selections have been made
Actual results: Clear Selection is possible when no selections have been made
Reproducible with: 0.4.0-preview.3, 0.4.0-preview.5, 0.4.0-preview.6, 0.5.0-preview.1, 0.6.0-preview.1 (2017.4.39f1, 2018.4.20f1, 2019.3.9f1, 2020.1.0b5, 2020.2.0a5)
Could not test with: 2017.4.39f1 (0.4.0-preview.3, 0.4.0-preview.5, 0.4.0-preview.6) because of namespace error
