[ProceduralMaterial] ProceduralMaterial.isProcessing is always false
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project.
2. Create a standalone build for PC
3. Run it
4. Notice that it says done (isProcessing is false) even though material is still being rebuilt.

This still exists in Unity 5.2.2 (or yet another regression)
