[ProBuilder] UV dropdown overlaps Render button in the ProBuilder's UV Editor window
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project "19.3 Packages.zip"
2. In the top menu Navigate to Toos-> ProBuilder -> ProBuilder window
3. Open press "UV Editor"
4. Notice the DropDown in the top right of the "UV Editor" window overlaps Render button
Expected results: UI elements do not overlap each other
Actual results: UV dropdown overlaps a Render button
Reproducible with: 2018.4.8f1(4.1.0), 2019.2.5f1(4.1.0), 2019.3.0b3(4.1.0), 2020.1.0a1(4.1.0)
