Objects with Flipped Normals ignore Lightmapping
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached Project
2. Observe Objects in the Scene View
Expected result: "Cube (1)" in the center is lit similarly to the "Cube" on the left or the "Cube (4)" on the top right
Actual result: The "Cube (1)" in the center is dark
Note: For better clarity Colored Lighting is used in the project, but the bug reproduces in all modes. Turning shadows off helps illustrate the lack of Lightmapping as seen on the Cube on the far right.
Reproducable in: 2018.2.0a3, 2018.1.0b9, 2017.3.1p3, 2017.2.1p4, 2017.1.3p2, 5.6.5p2, 5.6.0f1
