[Probuilder] Mesh renderer with ProBuilder Trigger is not disabled after reloading scene
To reproduce:
1. Open QA attached project "PBuilder.zip"
2. Enter Play mode and press Space
Expected: trigger is still hidden after scene reload as it is managed by ProBuilder
Actual: trigger becomes visible (Mesh render not disabled upon loading the scene)
Reproduced in: 2018.2.20f1, 2018.3.7f1, 2019.1.0b5, 2019.2.0a6
Note: reproduces on tested package releases: 3.0.9, 4.0.3
