[Probuilder] Focus remains on Max property field under Weld in Actions Tab of UV Editor even after deselection
The 'Max' property field under 'Weld' in 'Actions' Tab remains highlighted in blue even after deselection. Refer to the attached Video.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a New Project
2. Window > Package Manager > ProBuilder(Any) > Install
3. Tools > Probuilder Window > New Shape > UV Editor
4. UV Editor > Vertex Tool > Select Vertex
5. Actions > Manual > Weld > + icon > Select/change value of Max
6. Deselect the field and/or entire Action Tab
Actual Result:
Field remains highlighted in blue after deselection
Expected Result:
Field should not be highlighted after deselection
Workaround:
Reopening UV Editor Window fixes the issue.

2020.2.0b2, 2020.2.0a1, 2020.1.5f1, 2019.4.9f1, 2019.3.0a1
Working Fine in:
2019.2.21f1, 2018.4.27f1
