Preview window is black when displaying Transform Node
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached Project inside of "ShaderGraph_TransformNode_Bug.zip"
2. Double-click on TangentSpaceOutput Shader asset
Expected: The Transform node displays a preview correctly
Actual: The Transform node displays a black screen
Reproduces: on 2019.1.0b6, 2019.1.0f1, 2019.1.0f1
Does not reproduce on 2018.3.12f1, 2019.2.0a11
Could not reproduce on pre-2019.1.0b6 due to package errors
