Press and hold counts as a click when the press and hold is after a click
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Observe the Console
4. Press on the screen and hold, notice that there are no logs
5. Click on the screen, and notice the “Single Click….” log
6. Press and hold
Expected result: No new logs
Actual result: A new “Single Click…” log appears
Reproducible with: 1.4.3 (2020.3.40f1, 2021.3.11f1, 2022.1.18f1, 2022.2.0b10, 2023.1.0a13)
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.5.1 (Intel)

- “PlayerController.cs” script outputs these logs (Assets → Scripts)
