Preferences window doesnt expand properly
Steps to reproduce :
- go to Unity > Preferences and notice the window doesn't expand properly
*Note:
Only happens on OSX. Could only reproduce this on my machine.
Looks like `.settings-panel` is getting the width of `min-width` and is not expanding. The parent VisualSplitter did have a width that spanned the whole window.
Also valid for Settings window.
