Prefabs with enum elements in a container don't deallocate memory and convert values when changed to type with smaller size
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project("serRepro.zip")
2. Open the "MyEnum.cs" script
3. Change base from int to byte
4. Assets > Reimport All
Expected results: In the prefab "Prefab Test" "MyPrefab" has the same element count with the old values
Actual results: In the prefab "Prefab Test" "MyPrefab" the element count has tripled and the new MyEnum values are sliced in from the old allocated memory
Reproducible with: 2019.4.14f1, 2020.1.11f1, 2020.2.0b10, 2021.1.0a4
Could not test with: 2018.4.28f1 (Couldn't downgrade)
Note: Only reproduces when you reimport the prefab
