Prefab thumbnails and previews appear dark when using HDRP
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-133664” project
2. In Project window go to Assets → TerrainDemoScene_HDRP → Prefabs → Details
3. Click on any prefab
4. Observe the prefab thumbnail and the prefab preview in Inspector
Actual result: Prefab thumbnails and previews appear almost black
Expected result: Prefab thumbnails and previews depict the real color of the asset
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.69f1, 6000.3.10f1, 6000.4.0b11, 6000.5.0a8
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
