Prefab name is not updated when renaming and reimporting with PSD Importer preset
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "PresetSavesUnwantedProperties.zip"
2. In the Project window, select Asset A and observe its name in the Inspector
3. Reimport it
4. Observe the Console window
Expected result: Prefab name is Asset A
Actual result: Prefab name is the original PSB file name
Reproducible with: 3.1.6 - 5.0.0-preview.1(2020.1.16f1, 2020.2.0b14, 2021.1.0a7)
Could not test with: 2018.4.29f1, 2019.4.16f1(could not downgrade)
