"Prefab has multiple Transform components" error does not link to the corresponding prefab
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached Unity project.
2. Notice "Prefab has multiple Transform components! Removing them automatically would not be safe." error message.
3. Try to click or double click this message.
Actual behavior: no name or link to the broken prefab is shown.
Expected behavior: a way that informs user, which prefab drops this error.

Found this issue in Unity 5.4.5p5 (64-bit), after exporting and importing an prefab package in to an 2nd project.
