[Post Processing Stack V2] "NullReferenceException" in Edit and Play mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "PPSV2Repro.zip" project
2. Enter Play mode
Expected Result: No Errors appear while in Edit/Play mode
Actual Result: "NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object" is being constantly logged in the Console window
Reproduced with: 2018.1.0b4, 2017.3.0p4, 2017.2.1p2, 2017.1.3f1, 5.6.5p1
Workaround:
Disable "Post Process Layer (Script)" component attached to the Camera
