ListView tooltip position is incorrect when hovering on list item
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Select Assets > "test"
3. In Inspector hover on the list until the tooltip will be visible
Expected result: Tooltip next to the List Element name
Actual result: Tooltip far away from the List Element name
Reproduced in: 2020.3.22f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.0a15
Not reproduced in: 2021.2.0a16, 2021.2.5f1, 2022.1.0b1
Could not test with: 2019.4.33f1 (ScriptedImporterEditor couldn't be found)
