Popup shows on another screen on dual monitor setups
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (test JOB SYSTEM.zip)
2. In the Profiler window, press Hierarchy to show a popup
3. Observe the location of the popup
Expected: popups appear on the same screen as the Editor
Reproduced in 2018.1.0a5, 2018.1.0b3, 2018.1.0b11, 2018.2.0a4
Did not reproduce in 2017.3.2f1, 2018.1.0a4, 2018.2.0a5
Regression introduced in 2018.1.0a5
Fixed in 2018.2.0a5
