Popup menu showed is misplaced if the object selection window is moved.
To Reproduce:
1. Click on any object picker field (flare on directional light for example).
2. Drag the the window to the middle of the screen.
3. Open any popup menu (Render Mode for instance)
4. Observe that the menu appears in a wrong place (left-mid screen).
5. It doesn't matter where the window was dragged to, menu still appears in the wrong place, as long as the window has been moved even a little.
