PointerEventData "hovered" list does not correctly remove entries when the hierarchy of the GameObject inside it changes
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "HoverTest.zip"
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Enter the Play mode
4. Click on the "Crate" GameObject and drag it slightly
5. Repeat step 4 a few times
Expected result: The "hovered" list will correctly remove old entries when the hierarchy changes
Actual result: The "hovered" list will fill up with extra entries, as they are not removed due to the hierarchy changes
Reproducible with: 2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.33f1, 2021.3.1f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a11
