[PointEffector2D] Point effector is not working on Maximize
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Play bandom scene (make sure Maximize on Play is enabled)
3. Stop scene
4. Play again
5. Notice that point effector doesn't work
Reproducible: 5.3.2p2, 5.2.4f1, 5.1.4f1, 5.0.4f1
