Point light is culled when camera is pointing perpendicular to the light
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("1340248R.zip")
2. Open the "SampleScene" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Move the "[CameraRig]" Game Object in the scene and observe the Game window
Expected result: Light does not flicker
Actual result: Light flicker when moving the camera in and out of the initial position (see "0nuJFHPkhl.mp4" video)
Reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1
Could not test with: 2020.3.16f1, 2021.1.18f1, 2021.2.0b9, 2022.1.0a5 (Legacy VR not available)
