[Plugin] Native Plugins using .bundle files are not recognised by the Editor
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Go to Plugins/iOS/64 Bit Plugins directory
3. Click on the .bundle plugin file
4. Notice it is not recognised properly - it's shown as an unknown file in the project window and inspector window doesn't show all the settings, platforms, etc.
Not reproducible with: 5.3.3p3, 5.3.4f1
