Player window is frozen when running a built project until you resize the window
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the “My Project(1).zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe that the “Cube” is falling
5. Build and Run the project
6. Observe the Player Window
Expected result: The “Cube” falls from the start
Actual result: The “Cube” is frozen
Reproducible in: 6000.2.0a7, 6000.2.0a8
Not reproducible in: 2021.3.51f1, 2022.1.0a1, 2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.46f1, 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a6
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
