[Player Settings] [PS5] - Player Settings should change per build profile and not globally
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Open File > Build Profiles
2. Create a PS5 build profile and add a player settings to it (press Customize Player Settings)
3. Try to change PS5 specific player settings (e.g. Resolution under Resolution and Presentation)
*Actual results:* It's changing the value for all build profile and project settings > player settings value.
*Expected results:* It should be changed per build profile and not globally.
