Player remains in Windows Background processes when the application is closed while using the New Input System
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “HangTestArchive2.zip” project
2. Build the project for Windows Standalone
3. Run the built project
4. Close it by hitting the X close bottom in the top-right (or pressing Alt+F4)
5. Open the Windows Task Manager
6. In the “Processes” tab search for “NewInputSystemHangTest”
7. Observe the “Background processes” section
Expected result: No built project .exe is found in the Background processes section
Actual result: The built project .exe is found after closing the .exe application
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a10, 6000.0.34f1, 6000.1.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.55f1, 2023.2.0a9
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: Not reproducible when using the Old Input System
