[Platforms] StackOverflowException is thrown when selecting a Build Configuration that has a dependency on itself
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (BuildConfigurationsException.zip)
2. Select the EmptyBuildConfiguration asset
3. Drag it into the Element 0 as a dependency of itself
4. Click 'Apply'
5. Deselect and reselect the EmptyBuildConfiguration asset
Expected result: the dependency is not applied
Actual result: the asset no longer displays anything in the Inspector window; a StackOverflowException is thrown
Reproducible with: 2019.3.9f1, 2020.1.0b4, 2020.2.0a5
Could not test with: 2017.4.39f1, 2018.4.20f1(package unavailable)
Reproducible with Platforms package versions: preview.3 - 0.2.1, preview.9 - 0.2.2
Not reproducible with Platforms package versions: preview.2 - 0.2.1
Notes:
In version, marked as 'Not reproducible', it is impossible to drag the asset into Element 0
