*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open any project.
# Window > Package Manager.
# In any category i.e. "In Project", type anything into the search bar.
# Click to another category i.e. "Unity Registry".

You may need to repeat steps 3 & 4 a second time to see the issue.

*Actual results:* Search bar placeholder text ("Search Unity Registry") is white.

*Expected results:* Search bar placeholder text is grey.

*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.16f1, 2023.2.0b17

*Can’t test with versions:*
* 2023.1.20f1, 2022.3.42f1, 2021.3.42f1, different UI & no placeholder text.

*Tested on (OS):* MacOS Intel 12.7.4

*Notes:*
* If you click onto another category and click back, it will be grey as expected.
* Not extensively regression tested - marked as not a regression as this UI is relatively new. Contact the ticket reporter if further testing is required.
