Image does not auto-reimport when substituting it with a different image of the same name
How to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. From inside of the project's directory copy and paste "icon_01.png" and "icon_02.png" to "My project/Assets/" folder
3. Using the system's File Explorer delete one of the images from the "Assets" folder
4. Copy the remaining image and rename it to the deleted one
5. Go back to Unity
6. Compare both images
Expected result: Both pictures are the same
Actual result: The image remains outdated until reimporting
Reproducible with: 2019.4.0f1, 2019.4.33f1, 2020.3.24f1, 2021.2.5f1, 2022.1.0a16
