Physics2D.TilemapCollider.TileUpdate take an extremely long time to update every time a script recompile happens
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Open the profiler
3. Select "Profile Editor"
4. Open any script and make a change
5. Refocus editor
Expected result: scripts are recompiled in a reasonable time
Actual result: the recompilation freezes for a significantly long time to impact workflow
Reproduced on 2017.1.2p1, 2017.2.0p1, 2017.3.0b8, 2018.1.0a3
Notes:
-In the case of this project, the Physics2D.TilemapCollider.TileUpdate takes ~20s on i5-6400
