Physics2D.CapsuleCastNonAlloc doesn't return results on the right side when using CapsuleDirection2D.Horizontal
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached "CapsuleTest" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" scene
Expected result: Red crosses (RaycastHits' positions) cover both whole capsule colliders
Actual result: Horizontally positioned capsule does not have any red crosses (RaycastHits' positions) on the right side
Reproducible with: 2018.4.24f1, 2019.4.1f1, 2020.1.0b14, 2020.2.0a15
