[Physics] Incorrect FaceIndex on certain collisions when using CCD
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user attached "Incorrect Face Index.zip" project
2. Open the "ModifyContactTest" Scene located in the "Gameplay" folder
3. Enter Play mode
4. Press space and observe the console as the ball lands
Expected result: The console logs the correct faceIndex
Actual result: The console logs "Incorrect FACE INDEX: 4294967295"
Reproducible with: 2021.2.3f1, 2022.1.0a15
Couldn't test: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.23f1, 2021.1.28f1 (Downgrading issues)
