[ParticleSystem] Starting spawn location changes
Steps to reproduce:
1) open attached project
2) play scene 'Asteroids&Particles'
3) go into scene view and select 'SideView' from hierarchy
4) Toolbar>GameObject>Align view to selected
Expected: particle spawns in the same location
Actual: it start spawning at the last location
Reproduced: 5.4.0b17
Not reproducible: 5.3.4p5
