ParticleSystem.WaitForPreviousRenderingToFinish takes a lot of time
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (VUE Unity Development.zip)
2. Open the "Particle Stress Test" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Open the Profiler and in the timeline observe how much time ParticleSystem.WaitForPreviousRenderingToFinish takes
Expected: ParticleSystem.WaitForPreviousRenderingToFinish doesn't take as much time
Reproduced in 2018.2.1f1, 2018.2.2f1, 2018.3.0a8
Did not reproduce in 2018.2.0f2
Could not test in 2018.1 and earlier versions due to the project breaking
