ParticleSystem API should be consistent with using radians
1. What happened
ParticleSystem API should be consistent with using radians. Currently, Particle.rotation uses Degrees.
2. How we can reproduce it using the example you attached
- Run the scene. There's script attached to PS that sets rotation to 1.1. And emits 1 particle.
- Observe console output for particle.rotation value
---
Expected: value should be 1.1 as set in ps.initial.rotation call.
Actual: it is 63 (in degrees)
