[Particles] [iOS] Particle System with a custom shader is jittering on some iOS devices
How to reproduce:
1. Open project "UIParticlesBug.zip"
2. Go to the Build Settings and build for the iOS
3. Deploy the app to the device
4. Open the app on the device and observe the Particles
Expected result: Bottom particles are not jittering
Actual result: Bottom particles are jittering
Reproducible with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.27f1, 2021.2.10f1, 2022.1.0b6, 2022.2.0a3
