Particles>Inherit Velocity module: remove Birth mode
5.3 new functionality: Particles>Inherit Velocity module: remove Birth mode as its behaviour can be implemented using Initial mode.
Having that module separate might be confusing to users. And final explanations will be 'Well... it is the same except for Initial also allows to use Curves'.
So there should be only Initial and Current modes for this module.
