Particles are not visible in the Cube Render Texture when using Camera.RenderToCubemap
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "2021.2.0a17_3d_360particles" project
2. Open the "cubemapParticles" Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Take a screenshot by going QA->Save Cubemap to PNG
5. Open the screenshot (found in the Assets folder)
Expected results: The particles are visible in the screenshot
Actual results: The particles are not visible in the screenshot
Reproducible with: 2018.4.36f1, 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.12f1, 2021.1.11f1, 2021.2.0a21
