particle rendering issues in Chrome
-e: running a vanilla particle system in Chrome with WebGL exhibits some rendering issues. see screenshot
-repro:
--open attached project or just throw a particle system in an empty scene
--build for webgl
--run in chrome
--NOTICE little squares around some of the particles
