[Particle Renderer] Distorted particles in some cases when max particles is set via C# script
steps:
# open repro project (see comments)
# open scene
# enter playmode
# check game view
Expected: particles are not flickering
Actual: some particles become distorted when viewed directly or just looking at particle shadows, resulting in a flickering appearance
