Parameterized Test using "TestCase" attribute is not working on WebGL platform when running user created scripts
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user attached "WebGLTest.zip" project
2. Change your build target to WebGL, File -> Build Settings
3. Open the "Test Runner" window, Window -> General -> Test Runner
4. Press the "Run All Tests (WebGL)" button
Expected result: Tests are successful
Actual result: An error is thrown when the build has started
Reproducible with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.2.0a21, 2020.3.22f1
Not reproducible: 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.1f1, 2022.1.0a13
