[Packman UI] Package refresh icon is pixelated in package manager window
Package refresh icon is pixelated in package manager window. Refer to the attached screenshot.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) Window > Package Manager
Actual result: Package refresh icon is pixelated.
Expected result: Package refresh icon is not pixelated
Occurring in: 2019.3.0a10
Not reproducible on: 2019.3.0a9, 2019.2.0b10
Environment: Both Windows and Mac.
